01 Who can apply to NexusDirective?
Anyone aged 18 or over who values teamwork, discipline and clear communication. We look for maturity and a willingness to improve rather than existing experience. Every application is reviewed individually by command.
02 Do I need military or tactical experience?
No. Most operators join with no prior background. Your first weeks are structured around our operating standards, communication discipline and pre-mission readiness checks. Training is provided in full.
03 How much time does membership take?
We expect a few hours a week and reliable attendance at the weekly command briefing. You set your own availability in your personnel file, and command plans taskings around your declared status.
04 How does the application process work?
Submit the application form on the recruitment page. Command reviews it in the access queue, and once approved you receive a one-time access code to sign in and open your Operator Command dashboard.
05 What happens after I am approved?
You gain access to the Command dashboard: a live mission board, briefings feed, operations calendar, the command channel, and your own personnel file with readiness, duty and training records.
06 Which divisions can I join?
New operators can request Reconnaissance, Security Operations, Tactical Response, Medical Support, Logistics & Transportation, or Communications. Division assignment is confirmed by command during onboarding.
